Because some of our products are unique, preloved, vintage or individually sourced items, quantities may be limited to one item.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve or guarantee that item until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund where applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Delivery timeframes provided on the website or at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, unforeseen delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where a product has a disclosed characteristic, imperfection or sign of wear that is clearly described in the listing, this will be taken into account when assessing a return or refund request.
